I’ve ordered from Organic Olivia a few times now, and I was kind of relieved that the delivery has been so dependable. My packages have shown up around when they said they would, maybe once it was a day late, but nothing that felt like a big deal. The tracking worked fine, and everything arrived safely and packed well. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s not the fastest shipping ever, but after trying it a few times, I feel comfortable ordering again.

The prices aren’t exactly the cheapest, but the bottles last me a good while, and I actually end up using them. Compared to other stuff I’ve bought before — and barely touched, this feels worth it.

I couldn’t believe how long checkout took?! It froze on me twice, and I had to just sit there waiting for it to finally go through.

I’m always a little nervous with supplement brands because it’s so easy to feel like you’re being sold a bunch of hype. But with Organic Olivia, I liked that they clearly explain what’s in the products and why, without making it feel shady or like they’re trying to fool you. Shipping was totally fine, and the packaging had helpful, clear info too. I’m giving 4 stars because some of the prices feel a bit high, but overall I trust them more than a lot of other brands I’ve looked at

The site was easy to get around. I found what I needed fast, and checkout was simple too.

My order actually showed up fast, which I appreciated because I’m weirdly impatient about deliveries even when it’s something I don’t urgently need. The products themselves seem fine so far, but the packaging was kind of a letdown. The box was crushed when it arrived, and one of the bottles had leaked a bit inside. Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully, but everything was sticky and annoying to unpack. It reminded me of when you spill a drink in your car and somehow keep finding sticky spots for days. For the price, I just expected it to be packed with a little more care. Overall, the product seems good, but the way it arrived made the whole thing feel a bit careless.

The ingredients didn’t feel that strong. Not as clean as I expected. Kinda disappointing

It got here way faster than I thought. Shipping was really quick, like it showed up in about two days, so yeah, happy with that.

I’ve been reading through the educational posts here, and they’re easy to get into. I like how they break down herbs and general health topics without making it feel too complicated or overwhelming. A couple of times I found myself wishing certain topics went a little deeper, but overall they’re still really helpful and simple to follow...

I had a question about my order, and they got back to me way faster than I expected. Everything was simple and easy, and I didn’t feel like I was stuck waiting around. it made me feel really taken care of, and that matters a lot.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just bad timing on my part, but the stuff I actually want always seems to be unavailable. It’s kind of frustrating because I’ll check back hoping it’s in stock, and then it still isn’t.

I returned an item the whole process was fine, just slower than I hoped. Customer service did get back to me, but not exactly quickly. I did end up getting my refund, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, but it definitely could’ve been MUCH smoother

The flavor is nice. I wasn’t expecting much, but whoever runs this clearly figured out how to make it taste good...

I wasn’t really expecting a huge difference, but yeah, it actually helped my digestion way more than I thought it would. Like, I was kind of surprised, in a good way. If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d say it’s been a solid experience for me so far.

I needed to pause my subscription for a little while and, umm, it was actually really simple. I just logged in, changed the date, and didn’t have to jump through any weird hoops. I got a confirmation email right away too, so overall I’m happy with how smooth it was.

Overall, I had a good experience with my Organic Olivia order, but wow, my stomach is basically a dramatic little alarm system. I’m sensitive, so I definitely had to start with a smaller dose instead of jumping right in. The first couple days I felt a bit bloated and had a mild headache, and for a minute I was like, “Oh no, what have I done?” But thankfully it calmed down after that and everything settled. Shipping was totally fine and the information included was clear. I’m taking off one star because I really wish the label made a bigger deal about starting slow, especially for people with sensitive systems like mine.
